Gestural movements were used to capture and reflect the flowers mentioned in the title. The semi-abstract nature of this work shows the artist's deep work into abstract research, combined with detailed figurative body/plants studies. Vibrant bright colours are favoured in the palettes of these works, reflecting the artists’s personal relationship with colour. Oil stick and acrylic on linen.
