Original artwork description:

This artwork is originally painted using oil on canvas and was inspired by the work of the late nineteenth century marine painters. The oil paint is put on in a series of thin layers to build up the ephemeral qualities of the changing light conditions as the day moves into dusk and the sky appears to be on fire with colour.T

The original oil painting is framed in natural wood that has been painted in a pale green/grey emulsion which can be overpainted to suit room any decor if desired.
