Dawn Waves at An Corran

An Corran is an ancient beach on the small Isle of Skye in the far north of Scotland. The tiny island with the house is called Staffin Island and is used for grazing sheep and cows. Our local farmer is famous for swimming with his cows across the water to spend the summer months on their own out in the middle of the water. When the sun rises, this place turns beautiful shades of gold and blue, crystal clear waves dance and you just want to breathe deep and relax.

About My Work

A Note on Canvases
Canvases are unframed and unmounted, they need to be stretched or framed once you get them. They are varnished and come with approximately 2 inch white border to allow for stretching round the frame. Once ready, they are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue then shipped in a sturdy art tube to ensure safe delivery.
