I send my pictures with the delivery by postal service Ukrposhta with EMS which means that they arrive in 7-14 days at any destination around the world (From experience, this happens within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes, but very rarely, delivery takes up to a month). There might be some delays due to the Russian aggression in Ukraine. However, postal services are still operational.
