A beautiful sunrise in vibrant colours of a small pier. A colourful, happy artwork that will fill a room with a Summer vibe.
Blairmore Pier, a small romantic Victorian pier near Dunoon in Scotland. This timber pier was built in 1855 and was used by the Clyde steamers bringing goods and holiday makers on some of the earliest steam boats. Now, it is quiet and the only sound is the sandpipers that wander around the edges of the water feeding in the crystal clear water. Listen carefully and you will hear the echoes of ladies in big flowery hats and the rustle of crinolines as they trotted down the pier for a few days in the quiet villages of Argyll.
Printed image 48 x 32 with an additional 2 inches white border. The signature, title and numbering will be in the border under the image. If you intend to frame to the edge of the picture and remove the white border, let me know and I can sign and number on the image itself.
Available in other sizes and on canvas.
