Original artwork description:

This watercolour painting is another one I did of Dartford marshes near the flood barrier. It is a beautiful but melancholy place on the Thames estuary and I love going there whatever the weather. On this day it was a sunny afternoon when all of a sudden the sky turned leaden and it poured with rain.
