Before you are a magnificent blooming rose, not grown in a garden but on canvas by an artist.
I can't imagine summer without roses.
The appearance of roses is always admirable. I love to look at both delicate buds and open flowers. I especially love deep dark roses.
And now I have painted a maroon rose. You see in front of you an oil painting, not a photograph.
I like to paint roses in the style of photorealism, for maximum transfer of petals velvety and play of colour.
See how the petals shine brightly in the sun, how the colour in the shadows turns black!
I will be glad if you see all the beauty of the rose, which I saw in a living flower and transferred to the canvas.

Note: To send the canvas, I remove it from the frame and tuck it into the tube. Upon receiving the painting, you have to take it to the local framing master to stretch the canvas onto the frame again.
This operation makes it possible to make low-cost delivery of canvases around the world.
