This expressive watercolor painting was done on the boat on my last sailing trip - it is always fascinating to see dark storms approaching and the sun set shining through behind them. It's a metaphor for life - there will always be light after the dark.

Watermarks and lines, scratches and other watercolor effects are important to my work and keep fascinating me.
