Original artwork description:

I made this work on a canvas, I treated the bottom overlapping several layers of color to get a bottom single, I traced with the chalk the draft of the picture and only then I started to paint with oil paints.
The oil color I use overlapping many thin layers of color properly diluted to create the effects I want.
I represented an old enameled teapot of a color not well defined, an aluminum kettle and a rusty oiler, they are all tied by an iron wire that suspends them from an imaginary wall.
I imagined these three long-billed objects dancing a contemporary dance, careful not to collide, while the wire tightens around them...

I took these objects out of their context and put them in a new dimension, that of the sweet dream of a dance.


The series SOSPESI is the new series that I started to paint in 2022, with this new series I want to reflect on the suspended moments that life places before us, I want through art, overcome the barrier of time, to give value to every moment.

The work does not include the frame to create even more the sense of freedom.

The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by certificate of authenticity

for shipment outside the EU must wait for authorization of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and this could lead to the delay of a few days
