Original artwork description:

An example of my continued efforts to get back into painting after a long lay-off due to illness, house move to Scotland and loss of old studio. All very upsetting! But all right now.

This is a painting done over two sessions, catching the flowers while they were still looking good and before changing.

Recently framed but in my opinion will benefit from reframing sensitively.

Materials used:

Spectrum oil paint, knives, sticks, paste medium.
