Original artwork description:

Sculpted in papier mache clay, this unique piece shows a woman dancing with uninhibited enthusiasm! I wanted to convey her happiness and exuberance with her swirling skirt giving a feeling of movement and energy.
I have used acrylic paint for her skin tones, but all other colour and detail is achieved with coloured tissue paper and the armature is paper not wire.
Mounted on a wooden base. Signed and dated on base.
