Each canvas panel is 40 inches wide and 50 inches tall. With 2 inches between the prints they will fill a 124 inches of space.

Made on Dingleshowe Beach on Orkney in the Outer Hebrides on a Summery day of wind and sharp sunshine. This little beach forms an isthmus joining the land of small island of Deerness to Mainland Orkney. It is a quiet stretch of perfect golden sand and faces the rising sun.

Orkney is a place of dreams, poetry and beautiful islands of silvery light blue water. In Summer it is light and full of gentle sun on soft sloping hills, in Winter a place of gusting wind and stormy seas. No one can visit Orkney without being changed forever.

I photograph and print every image and print these very large images here in my studio. Your canvas has been painstakingly crafted to ensure the true colours, resolution and texture are exactly as they should be.
