Contemporary Fabric Sculpture for Home or Garden. Bronze finish

Daisy is one of my fabric sculptures, she is specially finished to survive the elements outside all year round. She can withstand rain, ice and frost.

Or perhaps because she is so lovely you can just keep her indoors. Quite at home in any room.

She is made from a wire armature and cotton fabric immersed in special fabric hardeners, which makes the fabric very strong and hard to the touch - yet surprisingly lightweight.

I chose to make her in a brown bronze, with verdigre and gold guilt highlights.
Care: Washable in cold water, they can be swished about to remove dust and allowed to drip dry. She is mounted onto slate- which measures 8x10 inches.
