Original artwork description:

Original painting with ink and watercolour of flowering Daisies amongst tall grasses - inspired by the English countryside and created through experimentation with colour and value, this A2 work was painted using watercolour and acrylic inks which were then developed further using Ink and a traditional dip pen, painted in April 2018.

A lively expressive drawing with the line variations and splatters. My dip pen catches on the faintly uneven watercolour surface and adds a lively splatter to this drawing and the marks reveal the energy with which I drew and painted this work.
