Original artwork description:

Daffodils are one of the most bright, cheery, iconic spring flowers and this is good enough reason for me to paint them.

I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper before building up the layers with acrylic paint. The last thing I add are the embellishments of thread, beads, buttons and glitter to pick out or highlight certain areas.
