The most important thing for me when I paint portraits is to find an image and an idea. Usually, they appear as a mixture of moment and experience. The inspiration for this artwork came when I walked in the park with my daughter. We visit it almost every day after school, and there she habitually climbs on the rock fence and walks along. At such a specific moment, an association with park sculptures that crown pedestals among the trees and enliven parks with their presence came to my mind.
