These wonderful curved clouds are heralding the imminent winter sunrise. The mirror-like wet beach echoes the colour from above and attempts to reflect the Mount. The line of surf gives indication that all is not quite as calm as initially it appears.
There are so many places to view St Michael's Mount in Cornwall. No wonder that it is one of Britain's premier landmarks.
