Some of my most popular paintings are my pop art food canvases so I'm repeating some of the more popular themes on unframed A4 paper. This one depicts the classic British chocolate bar, the Curly Wurly.

A Curly Wurly is a hugely popular and nostalgic retro snack in the UK, made up of twisting caramel covered in chocolate. I've depicted it as if the wrapper has been half torn off. The original canvas version of this painting sold earlier in 2015, this is a repeat on paper.

It's a bold bright painting that would brighten up any room in your home, or would make an ideal gift for someone special!

It is painted in acrylics on thick A4 acrylic paper. PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a black A4 frame for display purposes.

I've been inspired to create work like this by classic pop artists like Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Patrick Caulfield.
