Original artwork description:

Hebridean coastlines with rockpools in the Gneiss rock. Twittering Sanderlings scampering to the surge of the shorebreak. Ochre Kelp beds below the cliffs. All sights and atmospheres that have inspired Pauls abstract 'Curlews Realm'. Painted in acrylic and mixed media on board in a combination of texture pastes, fine blends of subtle colour and linework, the painting has plenty of rugged texture aswell as sweeping subtle colours.
