Here I’m reworking an earlier idea. I extracted a pose I like from a previous Bangkok scene painting I did. I just wanted these people, and let the paint, the colours outline the project. This raw paper is quickly becoming one of my faves. It absorbs the paint yet the brightness of the colours shines out. The resulting movement from brush stroke and spilled colours is exactly what I was looking for. The title suggests the situation, the location…
The close up pictures are to get a feel for the texture and brush strokes of the painting.
Then there’s the work in progress, and me with the painting for perspective.
