Cupid’s Forgiveness 48x48 Oil On Deep Edge Canvas

This is a painting about relationship that survives turmoil and stress and tough times. After many years together Cupid after initially taking the arrow back in disgust at the lovers arguments comes back many years later and forgives the lovers and hands them the arrow back to them. They have survived for so long on a cliff edge completely against what a relationship should be and they still survive and are in love still. They are exhausted but they still hold each other. Cupid is old and exhausted from watching them and realises his initial impression of the lovers future was wrong.
This is painted on high quality archival canvas on a very strong deep edged canvas frame. This might due to high shipping cost have to be shipped as rolled canvas. It is very easy and not expensive to have a canvas restretched by framer $100-200 that is why sometimes it’s better than trying to ship with frame as that can amount to a lot more.
