Acrylic painting depicting the Cuillin mountains from Elgol shore on the isle on Skye.
A little smaller than my usual paintings. I have tried to capture the atmosphere I experienced whilst there late during a winter evening as darkness and some rain was setting in.
Look closely and you will see behind the dark clouds and rain the the snow covered peaks of Sgurr Alisdair and Sgurr Dearg in the distance.
