The work, executed in acrylic painting on a vintage dictionary page, depicts a green Cthulhu monster on a red background, with a stone archway leading to a red cave opening up just before. While painting this work, I had Wes Craven's "Swamp Thing" movie in mind, and I wanted to maintain the style and atmosphere of a B-movie.
The artwork was made on a genuine vintage page from the book "The Universal Dictionary of the English Language," originally published in the 1930s.
Approximately the size of image /not framed/: 8.3" x 10.8" / about 21 x 27.3 cm (with slight variations due to removal)
Materials:Acrylic Paints, Real Original Vintage Book Page
Come signed on the back by the artist.
Send in an envelope by Royal Mail.
