Crows' Sister is a watercolor portrait of a young woman who is not yet aware of her inner strengths although she's unique and protected by her totem birds.
The main character is being embraced by 3 crows that are both mythical and real nonetheless. Her piercing gaze is in the center of the scene, although her mood is calm and posed, as if she is trying to look into the future.
This work is about one's force and resistance, and sometimes our unveiled support (of which we are not always aware) that is there no matter what happens.
It's one of my oldest works, from 2015.. when I was still living in Paris in those days.
Painted in watercolor on 300gsm 100% cotton paper.
Will be sent out safely packed and together with its certificate of authenticity.
