I live in a northern country, and spring is a very bright and joyful event for me.

Spring is associated with flowing waters, so I chose watercolor for writing many of the paintings in this series.


With the help of watercolors, it is easy to convey the ephemeral nature of the moment. I admire the vibrant spring flowers. I admire the smells of the earth and freshwater and grass.

The work was done on high-quality cotton paper, light-resistant paints were used.
