A gentle, delicate play of blue and grey tones in watercolour on cotton paper.
Here is conveyed the state of nature, when suddenly for a few minutes it became cloudy, as if God gave this coast a little rest from the sun. Soon the sun shone again, painting the seascape with golden glare, and along with the sunny beauty, the merciless heat returned.
