Original artwork description:

Small piece in oil pastel and dry pigment - it feels very much like a semi-abstract impression of a sunset sky - very electric, very desert-like.
The surface is much more grainy and textured than the photo shows - with layers of dry pigment texturing it and creating additional sense of depth.
Naturally the work is secured with multiple layers of archival fixative to protect it from smudging and uv rays
