Here is another 1920s bungalow common in St. Petersburg, "Crane House". This is the same house as "Sage Court", but from a different angle. I wanted to create a very still symmetrical building, and show movement from the reflection of its windows. We have many beautiful birds here in Florida, and this is one of the few times I've depicted them.
"Crane House" is created with the finest oil paints on hard board. The piece comes framed in a kind of bronze colored wood, which complements the roof.
