Observations is my latest body of work, drawing upon my store of sketchbooks, turning my attention to the minutiae of life, observed and experienced over many years.
Crabbing at Stiffkey is a combination of linocut, etch and carborundum, printed in black on 300gsm Somerset Paper, inspired whilst sitting on the Siffkey Salt Marshes, watching and sketching as children crab fished, the delight when they caught one was awesome, and fond memories of my own childhood.

Materials used:

Printing inks on 300 GSM Somerset Velvet
