Original artwork description:

Majestic Hereford Bull 'Tysilio Guru' lies amongst cow parsley and thistles in the valley below my cottage in Herefordshire. The valley itself is rolling and dreamy and reminiscent of an illustration from a children's storybook and this bull fits right into the timeless scene, weighty and solid. The Hereford bull is an iconic symbol of this beautiful county in which I am fortunate enough to live and I love to capture their indomitable presence on the landscape, reassuring and unchangeable with their muscular shoulders and pensive but knowing gaze.
To create the artwork I used water soluble crayon and acrylic paint.
The painting is framed under glass in light oak.
