Original artwork description:

This is the largest painting I've worked on to date and has taken a long time and many transformations to get to the point where I can happily say it's finished. I've repainted the sky and fields over and over finding it challenging to go against the natural order of green fields and blue sky. I finally settled for this dirty pink colour for the field which softens the piece making the cows more prominent whilst generating a slightly surreal vibe. To add to the drama and beauty of this piece I have framed it in a black wooden tray frame which makes the pink really pop!

Till The Cows Come Home has been painted with acrylic paints on a H40 x W30 inch stretched canvas, I've also used pencil and crayons to add some texture and detail so if you look closely you can see flashes of colour and marks obscured under and between layers.

This is a statement piece has a lovely black wooden frame and is ready to hang. This painting has a modern twist to everyday cattle artworks and would look stunning as a main feature to any contemporary home.
