I painted this small landscape in Provence, in the courtyard where my brother lives with his family. The town of Saint-Remy in Provence is small, but very cozy and picturesque. Locals love to decorate their garden courtyards. So my brother planted roses, jasmine. They decorate the terrace of the house, and of course the symbol of Provence lavender. Lavender adorns every home in Provence. I was inspired by this picturesque nature and painted this picture. The landscape is painted in oil on canvas, varnished. The painting was painted using the impasto technique. Certificate of Authenticity.
