It is based on Velázquez's Las Meninas depiction of Philipe IV and the queen.

I always try to manipulate color and form to create the ultimate harmony.
But this is just my self-satisfaction.
My paintings are not devices to evoke emotions or memories.
It is best to let people enjoy the pure harmony.
