"Country Life" is a palette knife oil impressionistic still life garden flower painting made in July 2020. This is an original oil painting on a 50 x 60 cm linen canvas. Painted with high quality oil paints, a brush and a palette knife creating a textured canvas (an impasto).

This still life was painted in a plen air in a beautiful day of July in a countryside of Russia, Tver region in my country house "typical Russian dacha" :)
How happy it is to life in a country, to enjoy sun and see flowers blowing every day!!
A ceramic rooster and a vase with petunia have become best friends ever living together in a Russian countryside and inspired me for this new artwork!
