Painted this plein air oil, on our last visit to Cotehele estate on the banks of the river Tamar, this particular scene is of the dovecot and pond below the main house, the weather was a little overcast and damp, I refined the painting back at the studio from photographs taken at the time, will be supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity.
