This morning in Orebic, on the Croatian coast, captivated me with the soft shades of the sea. The boat gently floated on the water, shimmering in different hues of blue and turquoise. I was inspired by this enchanting atmosphere and decided to capture it in a watercolor painting. In the distance, you can see Korčula Island, appearing as if it is cradled in the palm of your hand, adding depth and a sense of calm majesty to the scene. Using transparent layers of paint, I aimed to convey the mood of this morning and the harmony of nature. The boat in the painting symbolizes a journey and freedom, reminding us of the endless possibilities life offers. The painting is done on professional paper using watercolor paints, highlighting the softness and light of the water. With its gentle tones and serene subject, it is perfect for any interior, bringing a sense of calm and harmony.
