Born out of love for Corsica and the longing to be there again...on the coastal hiking paths that lead through an earthly paradise...

The oil colours shine almost out of themselves and remind us of the wonderful light on the "Ile de la beauté.

Following the principle of tonal separation, I dissected the colours and applied them to the canvas in contoured brushstrokes. In this way, the fleeting impressionistic application of colour solidifies and gives this semi-abstract painting a unique expression.

My pictures are shipped in a cardboard box between two hardboards packed with DHL or UPS and are insured for the value. If the shipping costs are lower than indicated, the difference will of course be refunded.
