Original artwork description:

I became so captivated with Cornwall when I visited a couple of months ago... I filled a Gallery there with some paintings, and am looking forward to being back in a few months' time, where I will rent a little cottage overlooking the sea, and be inspired for weeks on end! Meantime, this piece is a bit autobiographical, in that on the stack of books lay open a Sketchbook, with a colored sketch of the Scene out the window... This Canvas is painted around the edges so it can be hung, unframed...
