Original artwork description:

There are many fields around the my grandparents' house in the village. In summer, the fields are covered with a blue sea of cornflowers. When my daughter was 4 years old, she loved to run around these fields, collecting huge bouquets of cornflowers.
Once I saw her running across the field, and the bouquet in her hand was as an extension of the cornflower field. And the field was like the path to the little blue house of my parents, blue as a cornflower.

For me, as an artist, drawing this bouquet was a real challenge. How to draw a mass of flowers without going into details...

This watercolor took part in the watercolor salon in Sain Yeriex La Perche France in 2021, where I was a special guest and took part with a series of works.

The watercolor was made on paper from 100% cotton with high-quality watercolor paints.
