This painting is created following my evening dog walk around my neighbourhood. I love this corner and keep on being inspired by seeing it at different times of the day and seasons. This particular painting is about the soft colours of the late autumn evening, street light illuminating the trees and the slightly spooky tree branches, a house hiding beneath the trees and slightly spooky branches of the bare trees, shadows on the road and an old mossy brick wall... It is a calm and peaceful painting of the end of the day but I also feel a little bit of magic of the night in it.
