Immediately West of the island of Scarp (which itself lies just West of Harris in the Outer Hebrides) lies an extensive and dangerous patch of tidal rocks called the Obe Rocks. They're much frequented by cormorants, shags and other seabirds as they feed on small fish sheltering in the lea of the rocks.
