Original artwork description:

I had become completely obsessed with copper coloured gold leaf.
I had been using metals and shades of gold colour paint before but it felt like self indulgence .. so
I kept it to myself.
But in this first ever publicly published piece - if feels right in place, with copper complementing the subject.

This work is abased on a giclée print with metallic leaf gilding , gold paint and varnish.
