Painted as part of a new course on painting loose and expressive this terrific colourful painting depicts Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast at Easter.

Coolum Beach is a popular destination for family holidays due to its amazing beaches and year round great climate. Many people who have been to Coolum will recognise the headlands with the lookout on top giving a panoramic view of the area.

This painting has been completed in a loose and expressive style with lots of thick paint, and visible brush marks and knife marks and is ideal for anyone looking to brighten up their homes or life with a colourful beach scene.

Note - This painting is unframed but ready to hang with a hanging wire on the back. Please be aware that my painting style is loose and impressionistic ... as such the edges are not neatly finished as that would detract from the style and spontaneity of the painting approach.
