When some crap happens - in response, I draw. I draw something visually appealing and positive. It's so hard, really hard to draw some blah-blah-blah crap in response to a missile attack. But how else to preserve even a drop of optimism... For texture on the primed canvas before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied and then sanded with sandpaper for smoothness.
Dutch acrylic paints Amsterdam, golden leaves and Italian canvas tm Unico were used. Finish - satin varnish. The ends are painted in the background color. Additional framing is not required. Series "Life in Avatar". Created on and shipped on a pre-stretched canvas on a wooden frame. Painting is packed very carefully in cardboard box with layers of bubble wrap to protect it. Artwork is signed in front and back and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
