Contemplation Opus XIV is an abstract lyrical painting using mainly turquoise blue, grey and white.

In the center of the canvas, a form resembling a turquoise waterfall flows vertically downwards. The waterfall is textured, with variations in hue and line suggesting the movement of water. It is framed by a rock formation or dark, grey mass at the top that appears fluid and organic, evoking rocks or clouds.
The background is painted in shades of off-white and pale blue, creating an impression of sky or open space. Small patches of darker turquoise, ultramarine and purple are scattered across the background, resembling small clouds or points of light. The texture of the paint is visible, appearing smooth in places and thicker in others, notably in the depiction of the waterfall and rock formation.
The overall mood of the picture is peaceful and contemplative. The cool colors and flowing pattern create a sense of serenity and calm. The artist's signature is discreetly placed in the lower right-hand corner.
