Original artwork description:

I feel it powerful, deep, magical, intimate.
I feel like I'm getting lost in this embrace too.
That of a friend, a lover, a sister, a woman who has become a child again. Aren't we all?

Each of my paintings is born from an idea. The idea then turns into a photograph, which I take myself, after choosing the subject, a person I know and who is part of my life. And the photograph finally turns into a painted work of art, passing through my eyes and my hands, which translate and modify during the process.
From the idea to the painting there are many changes, second thoughts, emotions. Moments of strong inspiration and moments of despair.

Some say: what's the point of a realistic painting when a photograph would be enough?
And I answer: the day a photo is enough to represent my inner world I will abandon this profession.

The works must be seen live, with curious eyes that love to discover hidden details and scroll through the canvas avidly, without judgment but only transport and sensations, whether positive or negative.
