"The painting Contacts is actually my cheerful fantasy playing with the idea of the connection of man with water and the universe, the unity of life.
Once upon a time, at the time of the creation of the universe, life on our planet was born from water. Today, man lives on land, but his body is still made up of more than half of water. Water is what connects us to underwater life, to fish and other aquatic creatures.
Therefore, if you look carefully, you will find both of these worlds in the painting. Intertwining into each other, creating a common harmonious whole. And the universe is represented by the smiling sun.
