Confluences (2003) Original Oil Painting by Florina Breazu

"Confluences" is a geometric abstract painting that explores spatiality, balance, and visual harmony through a nuanced palette of warm and cool tones. Browns, ochres, and pinks interact with cool shades of blue and green, creating a subtle chromatic dialogue within a carefully balanced composition.

Geometric forms come together to create a structured yet dynamic visual space, where contrasts between warm and cool colors suggest depth, rhythm, and movement. Each hue finds its place within the overall chromatic range, contributing to a harmonious interplay of color, form, and spatial relationships.

Through the precise arrangement of geometric elements and the balanced integration of diverse hues, the painting evokes a contemplative atmosphere, inviting the viewer to discover the connections between contrasting colors and the unity that emerges from their interaction.
