Artwork description:

As part of my endangered bird series, I drew the condor. Then I cut him out of linoleum and printed him. Then, I went in with watercolors and gave him some color. So, here he is in all his glory. He looks like he's had a really bad night! I love how he turned out.

Condors can live up to 60 years. They used to live on both eastern and western coasts of the US, but now they just live in California, Arizona, and parts of the Baja Peninsula.

Materials used:

linoleum, oil-based ink, Italian Fabriano paper watercolor
