This flag has been designed for an independent country - perhaps not yet recognized as such, like Scotland or Tasmania or Catalonia - which wants to make a statement to the world about it being a confident, artistic, modern nation. There are not many times you are given the unique opportunity to be the proud owner of the original design of a new country's vibrant and colorful flag. This flag is called the Stripes and Stripes.
